APPLICATION PROCESS:

Applicants with an interest in cardiac anesthesiology who will successfully complete their Anesthesiology residency training in an ACGME accredited program prior to beginning their fellowship are encouraged to apply. Applicants should provide a letter of introduction, curriculum vitae, evidence of medical school graduation, all medical licensure exam scores, anesthesia in-training examination scores, and a minimum of three letters of recommendation from senior cardiac anesthesiology faculty who have worked closely with the trainee. Selected applicants will be invited for a formal interview.

Comments: Those wishing to pursue basic science or clinical research in addition to their clinical fellowship requirements will be required to complete a minimum of 18 months of training.

Clinical Responsibility: Clinical 90%; Nonclinical 10%
Annual Salary: $53,227.20 plus benefits
Minimum Length of Training: 12 months
