Approved cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund of the registration fee\, less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after January 7\, 2027. \n2027 SCA Echo Workshop and Annual Meeting Package \nRegistrants who purchase the 2027 SCA Echo Workshop and Annual Meeting package are subject to separate cancellation deadlines for each event: \n2027 SCA Echo Workshop: Cancellation requests received by January 7\, 2027\, will receive a full refund of the Echo Workshop registration fee\, less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after January 7\, 2027. \n2027 SCA Annual Meeting and Workshops: Cancellation requests received by March 11\, 2027\, will receive a full refund of the Annual Meeting and Workshops registration fee\, less a $200 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after March 11\, 2027. \nRegistration Changes \nRegistrants who initially register only for the 2027 SCA Echo Workshop may not add Annual Meeting registration after Echo registration has closed.
