We are thrilled to invite you to SCA Echo 2027, taking place February 4 –7, in the vibrant city of Nashville, TN!
Get ready for four immersive days of learning, collaboration, and inspiration as we explore the cutting edge of echocardiography in perioperative and surgical care. The 2027 program will expand on the series of dynamic multidisciplinary panels that explore the pivotal role of echocardiography in shaping surgical decision-making, especially in the realms of valvular heart disease, mechanical circulatory support, and data discordance.

Cancellation Policy for the 2027 SCA Echo Workshop
All registration cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing.
Registration Cancellations and Refunds
Written cancellation requests must be received by January 7, 2027, to be eligible for a refund. Approved cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund of the registration fee, less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after January 7, 2027.
2027 SCA Echo Workshop and Annual Meeting Package
Registrants who purchase the 2027 SCA Echo Workshop and Annual Meeting package are subject to separate cancellation deadlines for each event:
2027 SCA Echo Workshop: Cancellation requests received by January 7, 2027, will receive a full refund of the Echo Workshop registration fee, less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after January 7, 2027.
2027 SCA Annual Meeting and Workshops: Cancellation requests received by March 11, 2027, will receive a full refund of the Annual Meeting and Workshops registration fee, less a $200 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after March 11, 2027.
Registration Changes
Registrants who initially register only for the 2027 SCA Echo Workshop may not add Annual Meeting registration after Echo registration has closed. Retroactive purchases or additions to Annual Meeting, registration will not be permitted.
Program Changes and Meeting Cancellation
SCA reserves the right to substitute faculty, modify the program, or cancel or reschedule sessions as necessary. If SCA cancels the entire meeting, registrants will receive either a full refund or a credit for the registration fees paid. SCA is not responsible for reimbursing lodging, airfare, or any other travel, hotel, or incidental expenses incurred in connection with attendance at the meeting.
